REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND FEES

• Entrance to the “Eurasia Water Expo and Trenchless Technologies Conference” is free for all sponsors and exhibitor companies.
• For those working in public institutions, visits to the Forum and exhibition are free of charge.

Registration and Payment Information

For company representatives and general participants:

250 (EURO) 

Forum registration fee includes: Entry to All Sessions, Lunch, Coffee & Tea Breaks

*All prices include 20% VAT.

REGISTRATION POLICIES and TERMS

• For cancellations made before September 1, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellation applications made after September 1, 2024.
• Registration applications will be made online and registrations made by phone will not be accepted.
• All fees written on this form are in Euro, payments will be made in Euro.
• Registration will be considered unconfirmed until payment is made.

Terms of payment

Regarding the payment to be made to the account numbers stated below, you must fill in the relevant registration form and submit the receipt by following the instructions in the form. If you want to pay by credit card, please contact us.
