Abstracts must contain the following information:

(1) Title of Abstract
(2) Author’s Name and Biography
(3) Author’s Email Address
(4) Author’s Photo
(5) Brief Description of Abstract (maximum 300 words)

Schedule:
August 3, 2025: Deadline for Abstract Submission
August 31, 2025: Notification of Abstract Acceptance
September 30, 2025: Deadline for Presentation Submission
October 15, 2025: Notification of Presentation Acceptance
